trueDSD can help make sure your customers are getting serviced when they’re supposed to.   You can use the ‘No Activity’ feature in the app to make sure the sales rep makes the stop even if there’s no order or delivery made.

The sales rep can simply select the customer and then tap on the ‘No Activity’ option to see the list of reasons why there was no order or delivery made.  trueDSD sends you a visit notification complete with the reason, date and time the rep made the stop.  You can even setup the reasons yourself in the Route Portal.  It’s that easy.
